First unveiled at Vinexpo Bordeaux in June this year, just 500 bottles of Plume have been made, each housed in a decanter topped by two rose-gold feathers, sculpted to reference the symbol of Frapin Cognac – the quill.  According to Jean-Pierre Cointreau, CEO of Cognac Frapin, Plume uses 100% premier cru Grande Champagne Cognac which has been aged for over 60 years in 100 year-old barrels.
